Germantown citizens make solid waste decision

Summary:Citizens' input inot what they expect from the city's solid waste program has resulted in a successful household recycling program, and innovative "grasscycling" campaign, a promising backyard composting project and a reduction of twenty-six percent in the amount paid for the services. At the same time these results were achieved, the citizens gave a ninety percent approval rating for services received.
