Park Theater Manager

The City of McMinnville is looking for qualified applicants for the position of Park Theater Manager in our Parks and Recreation Department.  Primary responsibilities include planning, coordination and directing all activities of the theater.  This position provides leadership, development, and implementation of long-range plans for operations, performances, workshops, rehearsals, program themes, and special events.  This individual will have a unique set of skills to identify, negotiate and coordinate various artist selections working with agents, artists and various media outlets to schedule and promote events.   Contract negotiation, ticket sales, venue presentation to produce a successful event are part of this role.
