I completed my training. How do I get my certificate of completion?

You can view/print certificates from your K@TE account. View the instructions below.

I forgot my K@TE password. How can I access my account?

Visit kate.tennessee.edu and select 'External Customers'. Below the 'Login' button, select 'Forgot user name and password?' Enter your email address.

IMPORTANT: If you are not sure which email address is associated with your K@TE account, please email the training team. Please do not create a new account using a different email address.

 

I registered for an upcoming class and now I cannot attend. What do I need to do?

If MTAS will refund your registration fee if notice of cancellation is received within seven business days of the class start date. Cancellations after this date and no-shows are non-refundable. MTAS will issue a credit for future MTAS classes; however, all credits must be used within one (1) year of the date of issuance. In the event you need to cancel, please let us know immediately as others may be waiting to register.

Where applicable, you can transfer your registration to a future class date or substitute another person prior to the class start date.

Training and professional development is an important investment for your organization and our goal is to accommodate your requests the best we can.

I want to host training in my town/city. Who should I contact?

Our training team can provide specialty or customized training to suit your specific training needs. Please share your Training Request with us.
