Cyndy Edmonds, Online Training Specialist
Cyndy Edmonds, specialist II, joined MTAS in December 2013. Prior to joining MTAS, Cyndy was the UT Office of Information of Technology (OIT). She holds a bachelor's degree in communication and media studies. As part of our training team, Cyndy determines how online learning might benefit the educational experience and professional development of Tennessee municipalities and their employees.
