Title		Essentials of the Pension Protection Act
Summary		Through the Pension Protection Act, Congress attempts to provide workers with enhanced security by strengthening funding requirements and administration of defined benefit pension plans. The PPA also contains provisions for defined contribution plans such as 401(k) plans, IRAs, 457 plans and 403(b) plans.
