A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BANEBERRY, TENNESSEE AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A POLICE DEPARTMENT.

WHEREAS, the City of Baneberry desires a safe and secure community for all its residents and visitors; and

WHEREAS, the City of Baneberry is committed to providing a higher level of service for the protection of person and property; and

WHEREAS, the City of Baneberry acknowledges that establishment of a police department will help achieve these goals:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANEBERRY, TENNESSEE THAT:

Authorization is hereby granted for the City of Baneberry to establish a Police Department.
