An Ordinance Regulating the Discharge of Firearms within the City

Be It Ordained by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Lobelville, Tennessee:

Section 1. It is illegal for any unauthorized person to discharge a firearm within the City of Lobelville with the following exception:

· Hunting, which is regulated by the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency

Section 2. Violators will be subject to a $50 fine for each violation.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective after passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
