AlcoaThe program is not closed, we have some employees “grandfathered” in.
BrentwoodBefore I came to the City, the service was offered as a purely supplemental benefit paid 100% by employees via payroll deduction. There was very little interest among employees, so the program was never implemented.
GallatinWe have been approached many times on this topic, but we do not feel it adds value to our total benefit package.
GatlinburgI do not recommend this benefit. We are down to 7 employees (out of 304) that have kept this benefit. It is not productive to offer payroll deductions for 7 employees.
GoodlettsvilleIt’s a huge rip-off.
HendersonvilleDo not have and do not plan to have.
MDHAWe do not offer prepaid legal services, although I understand that on a very limited basis some legal services may be available through our EAP program.
Oak RidgeLegal is included in EAP we have through the State medical insurance program and both the City and the employee share in that premium cost.
PortlandWe are looking into this.
