A Resolution Providing for a Town Court Clerk
Be It Resolved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Tracy City, Tennessee, that:

Section 1. Mickey Macleod is hereby appointed as Town Court Clerk for the Town of Tracy City.

Section 2. The town court clerk shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the town charter and ordinances and supporting the town judge; for preparing the court docket, scheduling hearings, reporting court data, attending required training and other clerical duties associated with the office of town court clerk. The town clerk shall be responsible for complying with directives of the board of mayor and aldermen.

Section 3. Other clerical staff shall provide assistance to the court clerk during her absence.

Section 4. This Resolution shall be effective upon its passage.

This Resolution passed this ______day of June, 2012.
