Original Document: Reference Documents: Text of Document: Ordinance No.______ An Ordinance Regulating Animal Waste Be It Ordained by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Lobelville: Section 1. The owner of every animal shall be responsible for the removal of any excreta deposited by his animal (s) on public walks, recreation areas, public parks, or private property. Section 2. Violators will be subject to a $50 fine for each violation. Section 3.
